On the very first day of our holiday break - the day after school let out - we got to 'kickoff' our holiday season with four events. Nothing like cramming as much into one day as possible! Our first event was to walk a neighborhood with Sean's Cub Scout Pack and put up door hangers about the after Christmas tree recycling. Not only is this a community service project for the city, but people tend to leave donations for the scouts as well, so it becomes a great fundraiser.

Sometimes you had to be a little creative as to where to leave the hanger...
